I appreciated how reasonably clean it was!
The room with street views was well furnished and had an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a sitting area. There was a bidet, a plus for me. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was great.

The hotel is special and reasonably clean, has fantastic views of the sun setting over Sintra in the distance. Staff is very amiable and pretty friendly and you can park your car onsite. The rooms are nicely decorated with wonderful breakfasts included. The location is excellent and beautiful, 1 mile from a mist-enshrouded ruined castle. There is a good restaurant not too far from venue.

Everything was excellent in this perfect hotel. Gorgeous breakfast with jams and also vegan options such as oat milk and the staff were fairly friendly. Greatly enjoyed the place, especially my king room. It was in the very central location in centre.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sintra. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy electric fireplace that added a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, with easy access to some wonderful restaurants and all the main local attractions. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from each morning.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

The stay was perfect. The room was neat and beautifully designed, the bathroom was large. The staff and the host were all fairly friendly and super-friendly. The vibe here was comfortable. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. Location: the hotel was next to the most historical centre of Sintra, old town center and across the road a lovely tapas restaurant. The lunch in Bacalhau na Vila close to the venue had every choice imaginable.
Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were a little noisy.

Besides, the location was marvellous and stunning for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a hilltop Romanticist palace. We enjoyed the size of the room - huge, plus it was new-fashioned.

I had an absolutely fantastic time in Sintra and at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the center of town. I could easily walk to all the attractions in the area without any hassle. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel right at home and were always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, the rooms were great. I stayed in a room on the lower patio with a charming dormer window and shared balcony, which was quite spacious. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the balcony where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all!
